"Elder-Yoga™ plus..." focuses on the needs and abilities of participants.

The program is so easy that it can be done by most people, regardless of age. It is important to check with your medical practitioner before this or any exercise program.

It includes relaxation for body and mind, as well as gentle stretches to release tension from various areas of the body.

All the exercises can be done while sitting in a chair.

A few can be done either while sitting or standing.

Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and do only what feels comfortable.
